As of 05/24/20 Secret Service has been posted at my address 722 Holmes Street NW Atlanta, GA 30318 for 13 months. They are not able to find the person they are looking for and now have switched into “trying” to make me into the person they are looking for. They are working on a case from 13 years ago and now have run out of options since they cannot find the person they are looking for they are trying to pin it on me. They are using audio they have gathered and twisting audio to make it seem like I’m admitting to something or trying to turn people against one another. I’ve been in the health field for 10 years and am easily able to tell what device they are using; it is similar to that of a wireless AI to turn brainwaves into audible speech for deaf people. They claim they have the best forensic team, anyone hearing this would immediately know they are making false audio of my voice via their device to be played back to gain something anything at this point since they know I plan to expose them.

No legal search warrant to enter my apartment while I was working at Massage Envy at the time.

3. 13 Years and 13 months should be plenty of time to locate the person they are looking for, (intel gathered from agent’s which I can identify) since they have not and I’ve mentioned of exposing them, they are using this audio to try to pin something on me, a person that should not be a person of interest to begin with. From what I’ve gathered on their investigation is; I’m the closest person to the person they are looking for. I’ve answered all their questions to the best of my ability and have even gone downtown to the Secret Service location in Atlanta to have no one bring me up for questioning.

4. They are using illegal fabricated audio files and illegal video taken inside my unit (with no warrant) Zero witnesses because guess what? I’m NOT the person they are looking for. Their false claims of making me into this person called Jamie Duggan and saying I’ve committed fraudulent schemes and stole my best friend's identity (Jon Womack) https://www.facebook.com/jonboi78

5. The Truth is the Truth! I’ve been conducting my own investigation from the moment I’ve moved into my apartment here and immediately noticed suspicious activity and things weren’t just right, based on classified training I’ve had in the past. Anyone on the face of this earth except this local branch “Secret Service” can verify I’m neither a credit card thief nor stole my friends information, nor have I ever had some UPS box they claim in my name.

6. At a certain point during my internal investigation, I discovered exactly what these agents were using as far as equipment, and used my skill set to play whatever role I needed to build profiles and gain additional information not only for the fact I was being investigated but key details of what they were doing at my residence; even information about Donald Trump, the White House which is very little considering most of them never worked up there at that branch. I played whatever role I needed to obtain information about why I would be under investigation. Building profiles and analyzing the information received by agents to the left, right, or below my unit. They are on a month to month rent basis. And have certain neighbors to relocate while they conduct their investigation. I’ve been researching information via background searches or online information that has been passed.

7. Proof — Anyone who knows me knows none of this is true or possible. Especially with Alibis during the time frame I’ve received conducting my own investigation of why I was being investigated. So below are .pdf files of reports throughout the time I started communication with these agents (Dec 2019 –current) I have been radio-silent for the most part so this is why I have not had much communication with anyone and have limited my communication even with family members because any and all information received is beneficial information. I looked out for key things agents thought they could use to for gain over someone during an “illegal investigation” and made it work to my advantage. They are trying at this point to discredit my career, and make me out to seem like I have a mental disorder and that I’m hearing things. ALSO the fact these words they are making into audio files are things I would never speak of or be in my subconscious PERIOD.

All I can say currently is in the end if this is the route they wish to proceed all will be exposed on the devices they use, like increasing radiation that put my health patients and also me at a greater risk of cancer and the constant non-stop harassment since Dec 2019-May 2020 (current). Mental Health and awareness is definitely one of the areas I work in helping others benefit from depression and anxiety through massage therapy.

NOTE: My phone is mirrored as well as laptop and my apartment is illegally monitored so not much further to go into details about equipment or evidence gathered. Police Reports, Letters, Reports & other activities while during the communication with these people
